This GHD is awesome, has a much smaller footprint than most others on the market. I installed the front feet in reverse on purpose to save space when using the band pegs. This does not affect performance at all and just a quick tip if anyone needed to save some space. The pads are perfect material, not rough at all. The machine makes little to no noise at all. I also did local pickup in CA which saved some money! The team there is great. I ordered on a Sunday, and picked it up mid day Monday. Thank you REP!

I’m a 69yo woman and have been wanting a GHD for our barn gym for when we’ve away from our local CF gym. Couldn’t find a used Rogue one that didn’t incur transportation logistics/difficulties. So glad to find this one. I’ve put together many items, but this by far was the most thoughtfully packed with clear instructions. I was able to put it together myself in about 4 hours, and like others have said, it’s every bit as good as a Rogue model

I am very impressed with REP's Glute Ham Developer. It is very robust and well made. Clearly, it can take a lot of punishment and just last and last! At 150 lbs, it is remarkably eassy to move around the gym with a well though out wheel/handle design. I have used mine continuously since purchasing it. It never loosens up or feels insecure. It does the job admirably. I wish I had found this and purchased one years ago! Does an amazing job on spinal erectors (and hamstrings). If you are looking for one of these that is commercial-grade heavy and very well priced. . . well, here it is!
