Spotter Arms

The measurements provided on the site did not make it clear if they would fit within the rack. I wanted this set-up from my initial purchase but REP requires you to buy safeties to complete the purchase of the full functional trainer. Reluctantly, I bought the bulky and expensive safeties and I am annoyed every time I want to use the cable pullies because they had to be removed and stored.

I don't do heavy rack squats so I set up the bench within the rack and superset on the cables. This is the perfect set-up for me. Additionally, I use the utility horns as a second dip station when my bench/dip combo is in use. It is slightly narrower, but saves the cost and space of a dedicated dip station/add-on.

I love these spotter arms as they're study, heavy, and give me confidence whenever I perform squat or bench in my Hyperion rack setup.

The spotter arms came along with 31 other packages when I ordered a PR 5000 rack with the built-in Athena. I ordered on a Monday morning and received everything by Friday. All of the boxes were very well packaged, some of the boxes looked a little rough on the outside from shipping but everything on the inside was well protected with no damage. The assembly was easy after looking over the instructions and watching a couple of videos online. Not a single piece was missing! The quality and fit are amazing. Thanks REP!
