    Great pull down bar

Very robust, well made. Heavy, so make sure to keep one hand on the weight stack when changing weights or attaching the bar.

    Great bar!

This bar is beefy, so watch your head when you remove weight. The knurling is aggressive enough to hold your grip but easy on the hands. It’s very wide so you can use a very wide grip. The attachment ring is huge so you can attach using large carabiners or swivel shackles. It also swivels, a requirement I had, so that I could use the bar with the bent ends pointing upward.

Great addition to my Athena Functional Trainer

The lat bar is solid with nylon bushings for smooth operation. I selected this lat bar to be able to do several variations of grip for pull downs, horizontal pulls, super-set bicep/triceps rotating from left and right side cables, etc. perfect addition to my home gym.
