    Nice upgrade

This is a nice upgrade from just using plates and bands. I used my leg developer for over a month with just bands and plates before this upgrade arrived. Now it feels like true commercial piece of equipment with no lapse in resistance like you get at different angles with plates. If you have a cable machine or functional trainer this it totally worth it.

    Awesome attachments

Well made. Easy to attach to leg extension and to set up on weight stack. Like using over just free weights due to have resistance the whole time. Especially for the leg curls.

Just a note to people with limited space. You must have the space to slide bench away from rack to remove slack from cable.

I ordered a cable a foot shorter and still have clearance for leg extension to operate at its full range.

Easy add on worth the added cost if you don’t have plates

This is an easy-to-add piece that allows me to use the leg machine with my Athena setup. But with the cable length, you’ll need about eight feet from the pulley to set it up and have tension from the start of the movement. Takes some practice getting the bench in the right spot before attaching the machine, then the cable. But I got it dialed in after just three sessions.

    Nice Upgrade

The cable kit easily installs with 4 screws, remove two guides to install the cable, within 20 minutes and you are ready to use the leg curl / leg extension. Creates nice smooth tension.
