    More than just for ankles

This ankle cuff is made sturdy and with some thought. It’s perfect for around the ankles and above the knees for hip abductions. The 2-D-Rings come in handy when doing hip abductions as they are easily located on each side which allows for a pretty quick change from inner to outer. The velcro strap holds tight with no slippage. A must have for anyone wanting a safer way to work your legs.

    Great for my Arcadia trainer

I purchased a second cuff and using two cuffs has opened up a whole new range of motion exercises with my Arcadia machine. This is a sturdy and comfortable cuff to use.
